We'll start with the advice first. It's become almost predictable — everyone wants a room with a view, on a high floor. Not me. As some of you know, I am also a fireman in New York, and there's not a fire department on the planet that can move fast and effectively fight a fire on the seventh floor. So, I always ask for a room between the 2nd and the 6th floors.
And, once you've established that you're staying on a lower, safer floor, it's time for the three questions.
